Special dietary accommodations such as lactose-free or wheat-free options are available with prior notice, however, we are not a certified/designated gluten (or any) free facility and cannot guarantee the complete absence of specific ingredients. All of our food is made in a gluten-friendly kitchen, prepared and cooked using shared equipment and is not recommended for those with celiac disease or gluten allergies. And of course, we offer delicious organic cuisine everyday in our own Dining Commons on campus for students and the public.
