Dr. Gruska is a clinic supervisor and associate professor at Bastyr University San Diego focused on women’s health.
Her goal as a practitioner is to create an attentive and compassionate atmosphere that supports positive change through life transitions. Dr. Gruska is a veteran of naturopathic medicine, previously in private practice for thirty years. She was also an Associate Professor (academic and clinical) at the Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine for eight years. She is also a California Naturopathic Doctors Association (CNDA) member.

Dr. Gruska helps patients address a wide variety of conditions with a focus on gynecology, maternity, pediatrics, and mental health. Other interests include botanical medicine, homeopathy, nutrition, cranial-sacral therapy, and Catharsis Application Program.
